Idé Coffee Systems and EVC join forces

We are proud to share some important news: Idé Coffee Systems and EVC are joining forces. Together, we are shaping the future of the workplace coffee break.

EVC’s activities will be integrated into our site in Asse. While the EVC name will disappear, the team’s expertise, experience and high level of service will remain fully intact. By bringing both organisations together, we will be able to support you even better as a customer and further expand our range of services and solutions.

From coffee partner to all-round partner

Over the years, Idé Coffee Systems has built a strong reputation in coffee, coffee machines and technical service through Coffee Technics. EVC complements this expertise with many years of experience in vending, food vending machines, as well as the complete operational management and restocking of vending machines.

A combination that makes us stronger

Our ambition is to become a true all-round partner for everything related to the coffee break and day-to-day facility management in the workplace. From the installation and maintenance of machines to coffee, beverages, snacks, cleaning and hygiene products, our goal is to take as many practical concerns off your hands as possible.

Because a coffee break is about more than just a drink. It is a moment when colleagues come together, exchange ideas and take time to connect. We want to make sure this moment is enjoyable and accessible to everyone.

New management, the same focus on quality and service

This new phase also brings a new face to our management team.

Charlotte Ingels (right in the photo) will take on the day-to-day management of Idé Coffee Systems and Coffee Technics as General Manager. Johan Van den Broeck (left in the photo), founder of EVC, will remain closely involved in the organisation as a shareholder and Operations Manager.

After more than twenty years at the helm, founder Geert Windels (centre in the photo) is handing over the day-to-day management, making way for a new chapter in the company’s development. His commitment to quality and service will remain one of the organisation’s key foundations.
